Wedding Portraits

Congratulations!  As you plan for your wedding celebration, Arlene’s Portraits is glad to have 25 years of wedding photography experience to capture your wedding.  The following is general information about services, but your wedding is unique, so Arlene will work with your schedule and requests to capture your joyous day.

The photographer’s fee is $300 and covers attendance by the photographer and assistant for four hours and two locations.  (Additional time may be requested for the hourly rate of $100.)  A mileage fee of $1 per mile is charged for locations outside a 30-mile radius. 

An additional deposit of $300 reserves your wedding date and will be applied toward your final purchase of photographs. 
After receiving your total fee and deposit of $600, your wedding date and time will be reserved.

Arlene’s Portraits offers complimentary engagement portraits for the opportunity to photograph your wedding.  This offer includes camera fee and 4-4x5 portraits ($100 value). Just schedule your engagement portrait early enough for use with any invitations, announcements and/or wedding display. 

Your wedding photographs are posted online within two weeks of your celebration. You may view your photographs in my studio or see them online using your password-protected viewing site.  You may send your friends and family to your password-protected site for their own viewing and purchasing.  After 30 days, all orders are processed and shipped within two weeks.  Your wedding album design, viewing, and purchasing may be done by appointment at Arlene’s Portraits.  

The Wedding Contract you are requested to complete notes all your event details, plus a list of poses you’ve marked.  The list serves as a guide to insure requested poses are not missed on your busy day. 

Reprints posted online may be ordered by credit card for the following prices.  There is no additional charge for most requested photographic crops.  Retouching of complexions, glass glare, or other art work is available at additional charge.  Missouri sales tax is .06725; $5 shipping charge is added when orders mailed.

Many or all of your formal portraits may be photographed before the wedding, allowing everyone maximum time to celebrate with guests and family.  The photographer will discuss your schedule and set times that work easily with your event-filled day!

BONUS Portraits!
As the volume of your wedding reprint order increases, Arlene’s Portraits offers the following BONUS portraits.  Individual orders purchased online or at my business may be added together to achieve the total sum, but your BONUS is only available within 45 days of wedding date.
Wedding Portrait reprint orders of $500 or greater:   Bonus 11x14 Portrait
Wedding Portrait reprint orders of $750 or greater:  Bonus 16x20 Portrait
Wedding Portrait reprint orders of $1,000 or greater:   Bonus 20x24 Portrait

Wedding Albums
Arlene can help you design your wedding album using software that illustrates your order as you go.  For example, a 10x10 embossed leather album with 32 recessed-image pages is $900.  The album’s cover may be gold-stamped with your names and wedding date and personalized notes used throughout the album.  Many sizes, types of albums are available; and each page may have multiple images to creatively retell your distinctive wedding celebration.
